The 'turn out" seems very low for our membership numbers, or are the all away hunting.

Many of the members of this forum will be either lurkers, people who no longer log in/contribute or guys that only jump on once and a while. Still a fairly solid census that has showed a stable percentage throughout. Honestly I thought it would be a lower number, certainly opened my eyes to the full potential impact and cost of this law.

70% of new firearms purchases are semi autos. This includes rimfires and shotguns.
So the percentage was always going to be high.

Yep. Unfortunately the rabid general public don't know that.

Mate, the only voice you're going to have during this rape is a loud bitch scream dopplering down a deep well.
Used to be a fine wine - now I'm vinegar.

Equating loosing your MSSA with being raped is a very long bow to draw. If you are going to be given money for your raping then wouldn't that make it more like prostitution.

Sometimes I hunt with a semi auto but it is not an MSSA
Oh now it might look like I do have a MSSA under the new law/rules/ made up requirement. No point rushing into doing anything since it looks like no one really know what the hell is going on. Wait for the dust to settle people
