About LinkBacksQuite a few years back I used a Rem Mod 7 in 7mm08 as my main rifle. Great rifle for carting around light enough and nice and short. I mostly used 139 gr Hornady and the Barnes 140 gr XLC and sometimes the Noslar 140 gr BT. Shot one of my better red stags with it.
