That's exactly where it is going, I'm surprised the police even bothered trying to accommodate people by working around these very clumsy definitions of MSSA etc. Much simpler and easier to make a law that says all semis need specific endorsement.

Must be trolling, because that is fucking stupid. Maybe I should have a special endorsement because my car is more than a certain horsepower or a special knife licence to chop my veges. We already have a special endorsement for semis its called a FAL. This is old shit though, I wont go on you got my raise.

yeah maybe e-cat should mean any semi with any mag from your bog standard 10/22 to an ar with 30round mags however I like it how it is now and wouldn't be a supporter of a change like this
