    VX3 are generally smaller and lighter than others with the same top end mag.
    For a lot of hunting, this could outweigh optical superiority.
    Also, being half the price of vx5/6 or z5/6 is also often a deciding factor but not so much in competition with vortex, Burris bushnell..
