Very generous of you to offer thank you. In time I will post some pics of groupings at various ranges and then feel free to jump in and advise whether you think I would benefit from it. I am not yet sure whether I am entering this long range phase for the fun of it or whether I will do as I have done throughout my life with other things and get serious as hell and want to be better every time I have a go.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

Be interesting to hear what you think of the recoil and noise levels Rushy. Ear muffs a must with those babies. This one of mine now has very little recoil its more of a soft shove, and kills rabbits at (best shot by 30calterry) 440 mtrs so far.
Owned a Fallow deer at 460 I think it was. We couldn't find anything further out ha ha . Great calibre IMO. Some feedback when you ve fired it would be great.

Thanks username. The scope is a Leupold Mk4 LR/T 8.5 - 25 x 50 M1. It is not a joke, I actually don't have a clue and call me a silly old bugger but I don't actually care to know. I view rifles much in the same way as I view cars. I don't know fuck all about them except how to use them. I shoot fairly tight with my other rifles so hope it will be the same with this. In fact I expect to use this one a lot more as I really only use my hunting rifles to shoot animals so they are very much taken out and either fired once or not fired and then they get put away again.
