Mohawk660, Phillip has been to the Rushy "eats the ground" run all day training school and has an advanced diploma in five metre striding with full pack. A days walk in to a normal man is but a five minute stroll to him now. In fact I venture that he could give the chopper a ten minute head start and still be in the hut with dinner cooked before you get there.

It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

Yep hills, rivers, cliffs, valleys, landslides, avalanches, tornadoes, tsunamis, earthquakes, famine and drought are no object anymore. When I swim, I don't get wet, the water gets Phil. Best believe, that dinner will be the back steaks off a sika and not one I prepared earlier. Learnt from the master

I don't think I'll go hunting with Phil... Sounds intimidating and bad for my ego

Nothing specific just thought it maybe another option & a way to get a few more involved .

Might pass on Rushy's training camp ,5m strides with full pack sounds like pointless hard work

Got the message and will call you tomorrow. We didn't go up the Horomanga but went down the back of Minginui instead. There is a thread with some photo's in the magazine section I think. Haggie and Phillip got close but no prize.
