Bismuth uses same wads as lead??? If so it won't be expensive to make. I've only got a whackamole loader for 410 but I could reload them with less than that. Nail to pop out used primer. Place new primer on flat surface and push case down onto it. Powder goes in.wad pushed down on top.carefully insert was, push down firmly.add shot, add card or two to bring up to height...a few larger shot size pellets helps this too. And finish by refolding crimp.or glue/ nail varnish card into place. No good in repeater but a break open gun will let you get away with lots.

Will double check the book, still haven't reloaded any, still working through the reserve of factory.

But tentative yes, it swaps almost like for like with minor adjustments for the relative density.

@$86 per kg from Gunworks, that works out at about the same price per shell (for the shot component) as factory solids (which come in a pack of 5).

Yeah I got nice reply from target products this morning..seems bismuth is available at that price( gunworks probably got it from them as the steel around awhile back was) either way it's great we have the option to reload. I shall look into it promptly.
