    Lunch not dinner. T-bone on the traeger. 2hrs on smoke then cranked it up high for 20 mins. Sliced on a grilled cheese sandwich with chimichurri. Bloody good

    Cave man chops, about an hour smoked untill 50deg internal then rested while cranked up the coals for the reverse sear.

    There you go with the one bloody egg again VC. How do you do that?
    It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
    What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
    Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
    Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
    Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
    Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
    Rule 5: Check your firing zone
    Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
    Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

    Pork belly, spit roasted, with cashew nut, sage, garlic, Korean pepper, oil, salt, mix in the middle, and string tide (badly - butchers and people that can tie tight, my hat off to them. And people that can crimp dumplings neat and consistent), over night in fridge,.

    Think bigger snapper are not good eating?
    What you need to do with them once they are over 12-15 pound is portion your fillets into smaller bits that will cook quickly and evenly.
