    Differences in SMLE bands?

    is there a difference in the outer bands on SMLE rifles? I bought from the yellow site a mkIII outer band but it appears much too narrow to fit on my lithgow No1 MKIII.

    Should all be the same dimensions. If fitting to s new stock, you may need to remove some wood from the middle band channel on the stock.
