I wonder what punishment the teenagers received? I am certain they'll say they've had a tough upbringing, but they sure can't claim that their mother didn't support them in their career choice.

Maybe, or maybe it's just the Police/Justice system are tough on people that try to hurt them.

If you threaten, attack, injure or kill some indian guy running a dairy then it's not worth punishing.
