It does work, but the area where the dent was becomes a different colour. That's what happened in my case anyway. You could sand it all down and revarnish if you were really keen.

I like the CCI Game points , but they are now rocking horse sh1t. So have gone to the Aguila flat points , a bit hard and not as accurate but they are consistent on the goats.
