Hornady SJ bullets of 100 grains are listed in my Hornady vol 11 book using 4227,4198,n200,3031 pwdr. All a bit faster than 2208. Top load is N200 45.6 grains for 3200 fps. seating depth 0.225"
AP 70 with a bit of dacron to hold powder against the primer works really well. A heavier bullet would be better .

Reforming the profile and adding a hollow point will improve accuracey in some firearms but be detrimental in others.

I use the clamp section of a pipe flaring tool to grip the projectile through the loading press die hole and have disassembled many loaded rounds with ease.
