No, those velocities were with the 140gr ELD M.
My load with the 130 TGK and Rl19 was close enough to a 3135 average, very low SD too.
24" barrel, 57.7grs in norma brass for around 2950 and 58.1gr in ADG brass for around 2990.
My go to load is the 130gr Sierra TGK over Rl19.. shoots as good as i can
What length barrel do you have? One of my loads is with 2217 and the 140eld m and my velocities are significantly different for similar powder charges in the 57 to 58 grain bracket.
Last time I mad a fillet board up i got sheet HDPE from PSP limited, the sheet from memory the sheet is 1200 x 2400 but they'll cut to required size lengthwise.
