New RMA consequences for Duck shooting

Had a conversation with someone in the know ;-) Seems like we will have to go through a legal approval process to build new maimai's on public land ! Anyone else heard or read anything about this?

Does that mean the old tree stump that was used as a corner post could be the basis of a rebuild ?

the old tree stump and post that your have shot for last 50 years if asked, could definately be argued....be aware aerial photos may be presented to disprove your ....creative thinking,so a recently abandoned one will be better bet.
