I shall be pleased if the next generation have daughters and not hermaphrodites.

Thanks for that. It would have taken more than the number who voted for Ban 1080 to switch their votes to NZ First for us to get another Member, but not very many more. However if we had had one more and the Nats one fewer, we'd be looking at an entirely different ball game as regards 1080 right now.

That said, we have a new Minister, I don't know what her stance will be but I will have a talk with her for starters as soon as we're back in Wellington.

Good of you to come to the Forum Richard. I for one would like it if you visited us more often and reported the general thinking in Parliament on subjects dear to the hunters hearts. Will you support the Game Action Council.

    Thank you.

Get hold of the minutes from their meeting in Rotorua last Monday. Look at the question asked by the Pig Hunters Association (or what ever their official title is) at about 4pm and observe the response given by the Game Council. They may have sold out already.
I never hold my breath over anything. The rats and possums will still be with us in a hundred years.

    NZ Herald,

To Few Rats For Planned 1080 Drop

A planned 1080 drop in South Westland has been called off as there are not enough rats.

    .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. ..
I wonder what all this is about. Surely they knew how many rats were in the block before they planned the drop.

Or then again maybe they didn't

Don't tell me. There's gotta be a 1080 conspiracy in there somewhere?

The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice, there is little we can do to change; until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds

This sort of decision making has got to remind you of the crazy looking Chinaman on the TV. 'We Just Spray And Walk Away'

    And wait for the Cheque.
