Another 8-30am call, immediate service, wouldn't try for 3 in a row though.

So first thing seems to work. Had 50min on hold the other afternoon, was told not to ring on a Monday they were so busy.

The "busy" message was there this morning but still went straight thru. Think the "busy" means "team members" are in short supply today.

Ive done this twice now, both times on the phone less than 5 mins. Just treat it like trying to buy tickets a world cup final. Number saved in the phone, alarm set for 8:30am, hit the call button as soon as alarm goes off haha.

Be prepared to wait anything from 5-15 minutes before talking to someone. However they have been fantastic to deal with! Much easier than trying to figure out something online.

Had my renewal inspection yesterday. Too easy. Done and dusted in 30 minutes including interview of me and wife. Confirmation of approval email received in evening.
Was told that candidates are assessed as low, med, or high risk prior to inspection. Based on application, experience, police records. I was low risk. Seemed to make it easier than I expected.
Restraint is the better part of dignity. Don't justify getting even. Do not do unto others as they do unto you if it will cause harm.

Early morning seems to be the trick. Today it only took 22 minutes to tell them I sold a gun. Sad how low the bar is when that's a good experience.

It's a hopelessly convoluted "system" to get into - I managed it once and have not been able to do it again.
Need a simple step-by-step / line by line procedure.

Don't think you can enter their site without "Real Me", have you accessed the real me site to confirm your pass words etc are correct, once in no problems.
