Sending these out on Monday to hopefully happy Customer’s
FYI the handle scales I make myself, after much trial and mostly error.
Had this beauty made for me by @Shelley from a piece of antler I picked up in Fiordland.
Gave it a good workout yesterday breaking down the three Red yearlings I shot.

thank god they dont have smell photos on the computer or mine would have been down me throat, looking at all that lovely organic protein!!!
Saw this in a single conditions hand shop and it seemed to find its way into my pocket. Pretty thing like that couldn't be left alone.... Attachment 79288Attachment 79289
It is a seriously heavy little knife, really thick blade and a serious pain to try and get sharp
They shouldn't let you off the island @223nut
Looks perfect for in a rough pub environment
I would have liked it to be practical as well... Never used a gut hook before, going by how it couldn't cut through the sides of a paper bag I have my doubts :wtfsmilie: @Gibo I prefer a 20ft pole so I can stay out of trouble. It does look a bit medieval for something to carry every day
Christmas present time of year. So i had a cousin carve up a knife handle for me to give to soneone as a gift.
Brought this skinner

and turn it into something special.
