Being wrongfully accused of being late to a place of parade is easily defensible by reference to the original orders VC. Making erroneous assumptions is another matter altogether. You can make amends only by seriously sucking up to Stingray for the entire month of May. Start with buying him a bottle of his favourite tipple and helping him drink it. Ha ha ha ha, what else can a good mate really do?

It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone
Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

Any further instuctions should be in 24h format

I think what threw us was the early start, Stingray is not known for them especially on a Sunday!

That’s a bloody lie …I got up at the crack of the village idiot using a chainsaw down Kaikoura last weekend , the fact that I couldn’t find a blunt instrument to beat the said idiot with was only a conspiracy theory!

That's a bit of a stink one Stingray. A shame you couldn't have switched to doing a bit of spearing before the light got up so at least ya could go home with an eater.

Grey skies and a low tide harbour spot yielded a Trev and a snapper. Nice afternoon with no wind.

Had a couple drags for a Dozen nice big flounders, probably could have got more but we had all had enough of the cold wind by then.

0645hrs was the order, so out we three set into the morning breeze.
The sun rose and tried to warm our backs as we dragged through the channels in search of a feed.
The wind kept up, so after a couple of hours we headed back home to a hot shower and a feed to warm up.
    It's definitely worth it.
